About SafeKeep
SafeKeep was created to give second-home owners a dependable, informed point of contact in Western North Carolina.
Founder profileMeet the founder
A trusted local presence for the homes and homeowners of Western North Carolina.
Chase has been part of the Asheville community since 2007, working with homeowners from the beginning of his career. He started in construction management, overseeing high-end renovations and new home construction in Grove Park, North Asheville, and Haw Creek. As the region recovered from the 2008 recession, he moved into real estate sales and built a long career advising buyers and sellers from 2010 to present day.
Working with more seasonal homeowners revealed a recurring need: someone local they could trust to look after the details while they were away. SafeKeep grew from that insight. Chase’s experience in construction management and real estate gives him a practiced eye for a home’s condition, an understanding of how its systems should function, and the relationships to coordinate care when something needs attention.
Further background: Chase grew up in Greensboro, NC before attending college at Appalachian State University where he obtained his B.S. in Industrial Drafting & Design along with minors in Business and Psychology. While also working in real estate Chase kept his drafting and design skills intact for many years as the Chief Designer for a local company called Artful Shelter with notable projects such as the large stage canopy at Pack Square, as well as all of the existing canopies at Highland Brewing and Wicked Weed Brewing.
Chase has found Asheville as a great place to raise his family. He has two young boys and a loving partner. He also enjoys many recreational amenities such as mountain biking, white water kayaking, rock climbing, motorcycles, tennis and golf.
Chase is someone who maintains strong professionalism and accountability. He brings the same attentive, straightforward approach to SafeKeep that homeowners have relied on for many years.
